About Us
West Region’s Climate Resilience Knowledge Hub is an innovative digital platform created within the PACT4.0WEST project, implemented by ADR Vest with the support of the European Pathways2Resilience program.
Through this Hub and interactive Dashboard, we provide transparent access to regional climate data, analyses, monitoring tools, and best practices that support the West Region’s transition toward resilience, adaptation, and net-zero emissions by 2050.
Pathways2Resilience
Pathways2Resilience is an EU-funded programme under the Horizon Europe research initiative, led by EIT Climate-KIC. Running from 2023 to 2027, it supports over 100 regions and communities across Europe to co-design and implement transformative climate resilience strategies.
As a flagship initiative under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change, Pathways2Resilience empowers local and regional actors through an ambitious learning programme to develop and deliver locally-led, participatory, and inclusive adaptation pathways toward a climate-resilient future.
PACT4.0WEST
PACT4.0WEST is a regional initiative implemented by the West Regional Development Agency within the Pathways2Resilience programme. The project aims to transform Romania’s West Region into a climate-resilient and carbon-neutral territory by 2050.
Through PACT4.0WEST, the West Region developed its first Climate Resilience and Adaptation Strategy. The initiative also established the West Region’s Climate Resilience Knowledge Hub and Dashboard and the West Climate Resilience Network, fostering cooperation, knowledge exchange, and long-term regional transformation.
